Biographical Info

City Cycling & Athletic Club was established in its current form in1891 but can trace its roots from as far back as 1881 making it one of the oldest active clubs in the country.

Weekend club rides take place every Saturday and Sunday throughout the year from Edgemead. All standard of cyclists are catered for. The Saturday morning ride is used to foster club spirit and togetherness and leans towards a more leisurly pace.Sundays rides are for the more experienced cyclist but care is taken to look after everybody that starts the group ride.
